The logistical challenge

The classic warehouse required a lot of space and made error-free multitasking almost impossible.

Vanas's solution

At Atom 13, Vanas started from the need to address both the lack of space and the susceptibility to errors in the warehouse. The classic rack storage made it difficult to process multiple orders in parallel without errors.

Vanas installed a Modula vertical platform lift that stores both small parts and larger boxes safely and conveniently. The lift makes maximum use of the height and drastically reduces the required floor space.

Thanks to laser pointers, graphic LED bars and drop-to-light signs, multiple orders can be picked simultaneously without confusion. The lift is linked to Atom 13's ERP system, which automatically processes inventory changes and provides real-time insight.

The result is a warehouse that works faster, makes fewer errors and offers full control over inventory.
